By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment
To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form on our official affiliate platform. Approval of your application is at the sole discretion of Dr Jackson’s.
2. Commissions
Affiliates typically earn a 15% commission on all referred sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
Tracking: Commissions are tracked in real-time and paid monthly.
Payouts: Payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold as determined by Dr Jackson’s Skincare.
Negotiation: Commission rates and terms may be negotiable for specific high-volume agreements or mutually agreed-upon promotional activities.
3. Discount & Product Restrictions
When offering discounts to your audience, the following restrictions apply:
No Stacking: Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined with products that are already discounted or on sale.
Full-Size Only: Discounts and affiliate offers are valid only for full-size products. Deluxe travel sizes, discovery sets, and sample products are excluded.
4. Referral Validation
Dr Jackson’s reserves the right to deny or void referrals if we believe, at our sole discretion, that the sale did not originate from legitimate promotional efforts or if the referral was generated through prohibited methods.
5. Promotion Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our brand, affiliates must adhere to the following:
Content Standards: Do not use nude, violent, or otherwise inappropriate imagery.
Approved Assets: Only use marketing materials provided or approved by Dr Jackson’s Skincare.
Transparency: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in accordance with FTC guidelines (or local equivalent).
Brand Representation: Affiliates must accurately represent our products and adhere to ethical marketing practices.
6. Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Misrepresenting Dr Jackson’s Skincare products or services.
Using spam, deceptive SEO tactics, or "coupon-stacking" sites to generate referrals.
Engaging in fraudulent activities or self-referrals to earn commission.
7. Termination
Dr Jackson’s Skincare reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
8. Liability
Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk. Dr Jackson’s Skincare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes; continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
